User Data Deletion Instructions

At WhatsCRM.id, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data associated with your WhatsCRM.id account or data obtained through Meta Platform or WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, you may do so using one of the following methods.


Method 1: Delete Your Account

If your account includes a self-service account deletion feature:

  1. Sign in to your WhatsCRM.id account.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Click Delete Account.

  5. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion according to our data retention policy.


Method 2: Request Data Deletion

If you cannot access your account or require assistance, you may submit a deletion request by contacting our support team.

Please include the following information:

  • Your registered email address

  • Business name (if applicable)

  • WhatsApp Business phone number (if applicable)

  • Meta Business Account ID (optional)

  • A brief description of your request

To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.


What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete or anonymize, where appropriate:

  • User account information

  • Profile information

  • CRM contact records owned by your account

  • WhatsApp conversation history stored within WhatsCRM.id

  • API access tokens (if applicable)

  • Integration settings

  • Automation configurations

  • Activity logs, where legally permissible

Some information may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.


Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of receipt.

If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.


Meta Platform Data

If you previously authorized WhatsCRM.id using Meta Login or connected your WhatsApp Business Account, revoking the application from your Meta account does not automatically delete data stored within WhatsCRM.id.

You may revoke application permissions through your Meta account settings and separately submit a deletion request to WhatsCRM.id using the methods described above.
